  18. ‚Ä¢ Corner points are used when a curve changes direction, or goes from a curve to a straight line. A good example is a heart-shaped curve.
  19. ‚Ä¢ Click and drag a normal anchor point to complete the curve on one side.
  20. ‚Ä¢ To make a corner point, hold the option key, then click and drag.
  21. ‚Ä¢ Note how the direction lines from this point now move independently.
  22. ‚Ä¢ You can now adjust each curve coming from this point without affecting both curves.
  23. ‚Ä¢ To draw a straight line from the corner point, hold the option key down while clicking (without dragging). Then continue with your straight line path.
